Happy 12th Day of Christmas! It’s 7:30 am and the sky is getting lighter. The sun will be peeking through the trees very soon. It’s 31° with no breeze this morning. We will start the coffee and decide about breakfast shortly. I’m leaning toward some hot cereal to go with our morning coffee. Maybe a toasted English muffin as well.

There is a layer of frost on the ground this morning. It should be warming up nicely in a couple of hours though.
Today I’ll continue to work on my purple socks and see how far I can get with the ribbing. Neil will probably be back today to haul off more of our junk. He took all the aluminum and metal with him yesterday. There’s still a lot of usable stuff out there and he is welcome to it. I’m still not sure how he got that huge old satellite dish into the the trailer without help. In 2015 we bought a house for Audrey and the kids and the dish was mounted in the back yard. It didn’t work and the previous owner said he would come get it but never did. One of the things we had to do before selling the house three years later when they moved to the farm was to haul off the dish. It’s been sitting out here at our place ever since. Well, it’s history now!
I’ve got a list of things on my ‘to do’ list today and need to get moving so I’m making this a short post. Have a blessed Thursday, ya’ll.
